The text of historical events, biographies and observances comes from the Italian and English editions of Wikipedia, through the Wikimedia Foundation APIs.

That content is published under the Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 licence (CC BY-SA 4.0). The authors are Wikipedia contributors: every entry on this site links to its source page, from which the full revision history — and therefore the list of authors — is reachable. Reused text is not modified; where an extract appears, it is the opening of the article as it stands.

NOAA — sunrise, sunset, twilight

Solar times are computed with the algorithm published by the United States National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which is in the public domain. The calculation runs on our servers from the city coordinates: no third-party service is involved.

Open-Meteo — coordinates and time zones

City coordinates, time zones and administrative data come from the Open-Meteo geocoding service, itself based on GeoNames, published under CC BY 4.0.

Illustrations come from Wikimedia Commons and are served directly from their delivery network. Each keeps the licence stated on its file page on Commons, reachable from the linked Wikipedia article.
